Committee

  1. Security team is not allowed to carry any weapons of any kind unless approved by I’ve Anime! management.
  2. Committees are expected to be courteous to other attendees including guests, vendor staffs, and fellow committee unless they have violated any rules and regulations or the law.
  3. Committees must know their roles and tasks according to their respective department. No switching will be made unless it is by request of the head of department or the head of committee. Requests to change department will not be entertained.
  4. Committees are expected to be:-

    • Punctual
    • Trustworthy
    • Co-operative
  5. All head of departments are responsible for the conduct of their own committee under their wing. Any discontent towards any members can be brought forward to the Human Resource department and action will be taken if necessary.
  6. Committees are not restrained from cosplaying and is encouraged to cosplay during the two days of the I’ve Anime! Covention.
  7. All committees (except head of departments) will work in shifts. There will be two shifts in a day. Committees can choose to work one shift or both shifts. There will be a maximum of sixty (60) committees during one shift. One shift is for the duration of 6 hours.
  8. Committees must fulfill at least two shifts and can choose any shift on any day they like to their convenience but it is on a first come, first serve basis.
  9. Breaks will be allocated during non-peak hours. Food and beverage will be provided for committees during the break. There will be two breaks in between one shift for 30 minutes each break. Break time are determined by your respective head of department and may differ from other departments.
  10. Committees are expected to arrive at The Spring by 9.15 am (day shift) and leave by 10.00 pm (evening shift).
  11. All committees must collect their tags issued by I’ve Anime! management and wear them at all times when on duty.
  12. Transportation and/or accommodation are not provided by I’ve Anime! Convention.
